    Originally from South Louisiana, Shannon received a degree from the school of Architecture, University of Louisiana, with a minor in Geology.

    Shannon worked for many Architecture firms over the years, focusing primarily on residential design.

    Shannon has always been an entrepreneur, having started many businesses, including restaurants, a liquidation company, a chain of outdoor stores, and currently owns a clothing company in Mexico that has two stores and a production facility.

    Shannon has been in real estate in Mexico for three years and has been a top salesman in the area over the years. Shannon has called Mexico home for six years.

  • Mathias Van Cauwelaert

    Born in Belgium but also raised in Mexico City and Buenos Aires, Mathias graduated as a BA and MA in Industrial Design from the prestigious College of La Cambre in Brussels, Belgium after which he worked in the areas of advertising, product design, furniture design and production, point of purchase design, architecture, museography and museum design in several countries such as Argentina, Luxembourg, Belgium and Mexico, covering positions ranging from Head of design department, free-lancer, founder and co-owner of his own furniture and lamps design studio.

    A Riviera Nayarit resident for over 7 years, Mathias is an enthusiastic member of the San Pancho and Lo de Marcos communities.

  • Kayla Ramirez

    Originally from a small town in Washington. She graduated High school and continued with 2 years of Community College. Micaela has a variety of work history experience in different fields from banking, hospitals, managing a house cleaning company, and Real Estate. She loves helping people and being able to give to others. She has Lived in Lo De Marcos for the past 3 years enjoying and exploring life, looking forward to the new life opportunities in beautiful Mexico.

  • Lee Roy Vazquez

    Born in Tijuana, Lee Roy has lived in BC, MX and Colorado. Leroy successfully completed courses in Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern, CO and then went on to study Law and Political Science at the University of Bahia de Banderas, in Mexico. Lee Roy was recently a managing partner of one of busiest restaurants in San Pancho, Baja Takeria. Lee Roy brings a lot of diverse talent to TerraMar and is taking the sales department to new levels. Lee Roy lives in Lo De Marcos with his wife and new baby son.

  • Ing. Sergio Francisco Delgado Alvarez

    Sergio was born in the city of Tepic, Nayarit, on March 1958, Catholic, married and has three daughters.

    He graduated from School of Engineering and Architecture at the National Polytechnic Institute as a Civil Engineer.

    His main hobby is giving his service to the community and being a part of construction projects coming to life.

    He was selected as a member of the Mexican Institute of Civil Engineers, and also the Director of Construction in Public Works, Director of Urban Development and Public Works of the HXXXIV City Council of Tepic (97_99).

    Sergio’s resume of construction is impressive, with years of experience in the construction of medium and high end residential houses, educational campuses in the States of; Colima, Jalisco and Nayarit, Construction Contractor for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Culiacan Sinaloa, Roofing Torisferica the Coliseo Salon of Tepic, unique in its kind in the Mexican Pacific, currently holds the position of Perito D.R.O in Bahia de Banderas, Tepic, compostela and Santiago Ixc. of the State of Nayarit and is a member of the college of Engineers and civil associations, and professor of the Technical Institute of Construction CMIC.

  • Michelle Fernández

    Born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Michele graduated with honors in Architecture from ESARQ Guadalajara in 2018. Michelle during her time in college worked for three different architecture firms.

    The first one she worked as an intern building models,.at the second firm she had was overseeing home remodeling and renovations, and the third as a designer and creating architectural plans and drawings.

    She started working in 2019 at TerraMar as an architect and project manager. Michelle's favorite thing about architecture is the theme of space design, lighting and landscaping.

    Michelle thinks that architecture is the way in which we build our dreams and it must contain magic and serenity and at the same time be simple, yet meaningful.

    Apart from architecture she has worked as judge in swimming competitions in Jalisco for almost 10 years.

  • Matías C. Bickel

    Born in Guadalajara city and lived in Washington state for a period of time. Son of a Tequila producer and an American English Teacher, Bickel studied Hotel management and Hospitality business administration at the Universidad de Guadalajara in Puerto Vallarta, after which he worked for 3 years for the Mayan palace in the Mayan riviera in the Food & beverage department.

    After feeling called back to the Nayarit riviera where he feels most at home, he started working as the Assistant manager at the Punta Monterrey beach resort for another 3 years. After that, he moved to Lo de Marcos, as he had already fallen in love with this wonderful little town.

    An enthusiastic surfer & skydiver, lover of nature and a dog rehabilitater.

    Now at his 4th year in the Riviera Nayarit, he is a proud member of the community who dreams of helping maintain the essence of this wonderful part of Mexico and the world.
